Ascetic Life
Definition
The goal of human life: since God became fully human, taking soul and body, the whole man is called to become fully God by grace; in communion with God we are united not with parts of God but with all His fullness, and Church members participate in the deified humanity of Christ, particularly through the Eucharist.
