Tawhid
Definition
Faith in the oneness of God, the central dogma of Islam; God is al-Ahad and al-Wahid, sole Creator, Almighty and Omnipresent. Its affirmation requires that none but God creates, hence the denial of creaturely creative act and of full freedom.
